When typing in the "To", "Cc", or "Bcc" fieLds of an e-maiL message, Outlook reads the first few Letters that you type and then makes a suggestion as to who the recipient is. If you wouLd prefer that Outlook does not do this, the feature can be turned off.

* From the Outlook Inbox menu, go to "Tools I Options".
* On the "Preferences" tab, click .. E-mail Options" and then click on "Advanced E-maiL Options".

* Uncheck "Suggest Names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields." o CLick "OK".
