Every time you repLy to a maiL or forward it, Outlook enters "Re:" or "FW:" in the subject field. The format of the text message changes and the source message begins with a header, However, you can prevent these changes from taking place when you are resending an e-mail or forwarding revised tempLates.
* To send a message, for instance, pertaining to an e-mail discussion.to another addressee without changing it, open the desired message and go to "Actions I Resend this maiL again" in the e-maiL window.
* In the following window, click on "Yes", and Outlook will open the message without changing the format in which you have received it.
* Now customize the e-maiL again before sending it, that is, make changes in the text and enter the detaiLs of the new recipient.
* FinalLy click on "Send".
