What are phishing and pharming and how are they different?

Phishing and pharming both are different techniques hackers are trying to manipulate the users through the Internet. Phishing contains receiving the user to enter personal information using fake web site. Pharming contains changing DNS entries, which affected users to be directed not at the site when users visit certain web address.
