Windows Vista installed on my PC. When I use Firefox browser sometimes when I visit any website I got a pop up message saying "cookies are blocked". I am not able to open that particular page. How to resolve this problem?

Anyways, to fox this out, I will recommend you to set your Firefox browser to not accept cookies and to do is you need to turn on the cookies. Here is how to do that:-

    • Open Firefox >>click on the Tools menu>> select Options.

    • Choose privacy panel and set to Use custom settings for history.

    • Mark the check box for Accept cookies from sites.

    • Also confirm Accept third party cookies is check marked.

    • Now Click Exceptions and ensure the site you are trying to browse is not listed.

    • If it is listed, click on its entry, and after that click Remove Site.

You need to clear both cookies and cache.

To delete this click Tools>>select Clear Recent History. Click the arrow to display the list of items that can be clean. Choose both Cookies and Cache. Click on the button Clear Now.
