Thread: Online shopping sites not functioning in Mozilla

I installed Windows XP sp3 on my PC with Mozilla firefox as default browser of system to surf Internet. Now problem is when I attempt to Shop online, shopping sites do not work correctly in Mozilla. After choosing product, I click on mode of payment; here website prompts that log into site to be able to do transaction. In fact products can only be chosen when User logs into website. I do not know what causes problem and so help me to solve it.

1) Attempt using other browser rather than Mozilla and then see if you enable to utilize online shopping websites correctly. It is likely installation of Mozilla on system has got damage and so you unable to do payment activities using Mozilla. You enable to utilize other browser for shopping without any problems as only Mozilla installation is damage. Uninstall Mozilla and then delete all keys and files which are related to Mozilla and then reinstall and check if browser works correctly or not. This will solve problem.

2) There is no trouble with browser you are using. There are settings in browser which are organized so that private data of users are not revealed. Purpose of settings is to protected all private data of user like password, credit card number etc. Also check if Browser is organized to save passwords and private data of user or not. To check settings, Open Mozilla and then go to Tools. Now choose Options and then see options which are chosen in Privacy and Security Tab. Check options which you need and eliminate check mark of all options. Now save settings and then restart browser. Now see if online shopping site is functioning or not.

3) It is probable that PC is infected with virus which is creating problems as using browser. Virus have trend to link with files which are utilized often and then restore file which will cause random functions which file is not thought to do. So scan PC with an antivirus and then Repair or Quarantine infected files and see if browser is working properly or not. Do not remove any infected files as it cause system failure.
