Thread: Unable to run a program I installed.

Recently I downloaded software at my system. When I try to run it. It gives following error..

The application was unable to start correctly (0x00000ba)

I checked its compatibility with my Operating System ,and it was fine..
But still I am not able to run that software, Inpage Professional 2009.

1) Follow the given step below which is helpful for you:

safe mode. Take out the Rising anti-virus software, Kingsoft Jiangmin anti-virus software, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 360, security guards and new documents folder in the folder named ws2_32.dll

clear the machine junk files (mainly temporary folder)
