Thread: Mozilla Firefox cant buffer online videos

Windows XP installed on my PC and it is attached to broadband connection. I utilize Mozilla Firefox as default Internet browser. But Mozilla Firefox is giving strange problems. When websites like YouTube visited Firefox shows that video is buffered but it stops after sometime. Also I unable to download video from Mozilla Firefox. Please help me to solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Occasionally online videos can’t be buffered because of slow internet speed. Are you sure that broadband connection is working well? Contact Internet service given and gets link which is giving bandwidth as if link itself is defective then you won’t get bandwidth which you have signed up for. Also check performance of connection by visiting Websites like Speedtest and Pingtest. These websites give online tests which can be done on link. After tests are finished results are shown which shows performance of link.

Attempt using few other browsers to buffer and see videos online. There are many browsers obtainable online. Google chrome and Safari are amongst browsers which have more or less similar features as Mozilla Firefox. If videos work appropriately in other browser then there is something wrong with Mozilla. If videos don’t work in other browsers then there is something wrong with Internet connectivity or with network preferences of system. Check network preferences if videos don’t work in other browsers also.
