Concepts and Effect of O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY

I am having a problem on the topic of database management when I am going do some procedure on database, it happen error like “You are no longer connected to ORACLE " and operation is being smashed due to this error. Which type of error is this? Is it from instance level, parameter setting or any physical configuration changes error?

O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY:

The O7_DICTIONARY_ACCESSIBILITY controls on the system rights. It includes some components which is explained below:

It is configured with the dynamic parameter which is reliant no configured Boolean values. It checks the sys schema to when the parameter is set to false.
