From internet I download everything on my PC. Also when I attach it IP address that varies at about 5 sec but it has similar address. It's as if I had set address as I would expect to have dynamic address that varies frequently being attached DHCP. The rent of address that always returns never end. And connections occasionally act slowly. How to secure internet connection form web attacks?

If you have wireless internet, then you must protect connection with WPA. If you have Internet by modem is possibly as you are far from station that deliver connection. This may cause of slow connection.

Also, when you use Internet, I recommend you to detach making main phone as or else it can slow down connection. I recommend you to ask operator to make connection test to search what is the problem.

If problem is slow connection, then do following modifications:

Go to change internet settings in connection settings. Then modify or set two new DNS addresses are:

Primary DNS 208.67.222.222

Secondary DNS 208.67.220.220

Simply by modifying or setting both DNS addresses one 222 and other 220 you get more speed, little more but you not much difference.
