Thread: Can’t to delete Mozilla Firefox

I have PC and XP installed on it and I am using Mozilla Firefox as default browser. But now Mozilla is not able to start in my PC. So when I go to uninstall that browser it shows error as "application is used by other program and unable to uninstall". So please help me to uninstall it.

Follow the steps to uninstall Mozilla Firefox:

1. Go to Start, click Control Panel.

2. Open Add or Remove Programs.

3. From list of installed programs, choose Mozilla Firefox

4. In Mozilla Firefox Uninstall Wizard that opens, tick next.

5. Click Uninstall option.

6. If Firefox is open then close it to continue with uninstall.

7. To delete Firefox user data and settings, place check mark in box that shows Remove my Firefox personal data. If you choose this option, Firefox won’t conserve bookmarks, saved passwords, and other data if it is installed again.

8. Click Finish.
