Thread: Generic.dx! osw Virus Issue

I am using XP in my PC and Norton Internet Security 2010 is installed in it. It is showing that system is infected by Generic.dx! osw virus. But problem is when my antivirus tries to delete it, message appears as it is not possible to delete file. Please help me to delete this file. Thanks in advance.

I think you just need to update your antivirus application. Then do the complete scan of PC and it is able to delete that virus from PC.
