Well, it depends which browser you have to use to view your emails, or a program like Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird. It may also depend on what type of email service you use.All web-based email should have an choice to save the attachment to your system, it may say "Save" or "Download", but it is normally just below the list of attachments on the email.

For Outlook Express, if the message has an attachment, at the top-right of the message pane you should see a paperclip. If you left-click the paperclip, you will be shown a list of attachments, and the choice to "Save attachment(s)". For Mozilla Thunderbird, you see the bottom of the message pane, which will have all the attachments on the email. After that you right-click the attachment name, and select "Save as" from the menu. Once you have the files saved someplace on your now you should upload them to a web host.
