Thread: Screen turns black in Teamviewer 5

I have teamviewer5 installed in my PC. But problem is when I join to my friends or partners screen goes black. So please help me to solve this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

Run TeamViewer on your and partner's PC. Then for first time it give you with randomly produced automatic partner IDs. Now to setup connection enter partner's ID into TeamViewer. This is fundamental process. If this is not taking place then confirm partner ID produced.
