Thread: Remove CID Spyware

Hi. I am having the desktop computer system which has the Windows XP operating system. My system is affected from CID spyware. How to remove CID Spyware? I have little bit knowledge of computer. If anybody knows please tell me how o remove this spyware. Thank you.

Stop System Restore, if you are using Windows XP, through the System page of Control Panel. Latest versions of Windows do not need this step. Download NoLop and restart your system. Press F8 as it starts and boot into "Safe Mode." Run NoLop and click the "Search and Destroy" button. This will find CID, together with any other spyware, and delete it. Click the "Reboot" button if infected files were found and follow NoLop's instructions upon reboot.
