Thread: Problem with latest version of Mozilla

I installed the latest version of Mozilla in my system; Firefox keeps me going longer access to any sites. After some time Firefox stop responding. It is connection failed. If you are having any suggestions then reply me. It can helpful to me.

Try to disabling your firewall. If ok, you should restore Firefox permission in the firewall.

I tried disabling it; it allowed into the firewall, I think nothing happen with the Firewall

You thinking of an update. Try the following steps:

• Uninstall Firefox from adding or removing programs

• Delete the C: \ Program Files \ Mozilla Firefox it is always present

• Reboot the PC

• Install the latest version offline after downloading the executable.
