Thread: Connectivity matter with Toshiba

I have Toshiba Satellite L500-D6310 notebook laptop with Vista but there are some problems with internet connection. Laptop shows internet connection is running, but I am unable to browse internet. So please help me to solve this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

Do the steps given below:

• Reset Internet Explorer.

• Go to Safe Mode with Networking.

• Use Firefox to solve the problem.

• Modify DNS settings and set following values: Alternate DNS: 208.67.220.220 and Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222.

I think Toshiba L500 D6310 laptops have hardware problems, that don’t permit it to browse internet. To solve this problem contact to service center of Toshiba L500 D6310. They will tell you exact solution of the problem.

I suggest you to try re-installation of wireless LAN driver. Also try with new internet browser rather than IE. This will solve your problem.
