Thread: Problem in my Online Account

I am having the computer system which has the Windows XP operating system and also have internet connection but my internet only works on the guest account but when I tried to open from my account open white blank window. I can’t figure out why I am facing such problems and hence need your help in solving the issue. Please suggest some solutions.

I think your system is infected by virus. See if you can bring up the task manager, ctrl-shift-del or ctrl-shift-esc. If you can't then you possibly have a virus.
