If a file is moved or program uninstalled, it's possible for a shortcut that links to it to get left behind Double-clicking the shortcut will display an error message that reads 'Windows is searching for [file name here]. To locate the file yourself click Browse'. If you know where the file has been moved to, click Browse. If not, simply delete the shortcut.
