Thread: Remove virus from system

From last 2-3 days my system running very slowly that’s why I scan my scam my system antivirus detected Win32.Bifrose.atsy. I am trying to remove this virus from my system but I am not able to remove. Kindly help me on how to get rid of this problem.

I think you should go for system restore for restoring your system you have to follow the steps given below:

• Go to Start >> Programs >> Accessories >> System tools

• choose systems restore

• Then a system restore window will be displayed.

• choose the date for system restore

• Restart your PC.

Follow the steps which may delete Win32.Zhelatin.anv virus from your computer:

a. Restart the system in Safe Mode.

b. Delete the original worm file.

c. Remove the following files:

%System%\alsys.exe
%System%\wincom32.ini
%System%\wincom32.sys

d. remove the following system registry entries from the system:
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"Agent" = "%System%\alsys.exe"
[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
"Agent" = "%System%\alsys.exe"
