Part of being a parent is monitoring what your child has access to, particularly on the Internet. If you are concerned that your child is visiting inappropriate websites or may be using unsafe Internet practices such as giving out his name, phone number or photograph, check the Internet use history. This is possible by utilize the history tool in your Web browser. Depending on the Web browser you use, inspection your kid's Internet use history will differ. Access the information your child views over the Web to determine if he is using the Internet securely and firmly.
Instructions
Firefox
1. Go to "History" in the toolbar.
2. Select "Show All History." The history minutes will appear.
3. Double-click on the time frame you desire to observe. A list of earlier visit websites will appear. Or, type in a keyword in the "Search" bar and strike "Enter."
Internet Explorer
4. Go to "View" in the toolbar.
5. Navigate to "Explorer Bars" > "History." The History pane will open on the left side of the browser.
6. Click on the time frame you wish to view to see previously visited websites. Or, click on the History drop-down and select "Search History" or view by site or most visited.
Safari
7. Go to "History" in the toolbar.
8. Select "Show All History."
