For fast data encryption on Linux servers, try cryptsetup. It's free and straight forward, though you'll need to compile it yourself (code and directions at cvs. saout .dellxrlsaoutlsource). You'll also need to create a new partition and move your data there, because cryptsetup can't install over an existing partition.
