My PC been grimy by virus and try to load the anti-virus program but I cannot do. The complete Microsoft agency app does not work. When try to pack the disk on DVD drive it pops up “cdstart.exe” has been infected.

Just for info, cdstart.exe is apparently a Norton AV file.
