Sometimes I cannot carry up Internet Explorer. I don’t get an error message. I logged of PC, and after sometime I worked, but it didn’t. I’m not

This condition might occur since your mouse left click button does not send a signal every time you press it.

There might be few factors affecting this: (1) low battery or (2) dirt might be collected under the left click button or (3) the drivers of the mouse. Either restore duplicate batteries or update mouse drivers or purchase a novel mouse.
