Boot your computer in safe mode. If you uninstall the application in safe mode it will gets run and your issue is solved.

I think your computer is infected by Trojan. Use the Trojan removing antivirus program then you can resolve your issue. So, install one of the applications install on your pc then scan your entire computer and resolved your problem:

    • Loaris Trojan Remover 1.1

    • Trojan Remover 6.8.1

    • MCS Trojan Remover 2.4.0.0

    • TDS-3 Trojan Defence Suite 3.2.1

I removed this from my friend Vista laptop last night. It's very pernicious. It wouldn't allow opening windows defender or going onto the internet to get anti-malware downloads. Avira did not recognize it. I did the following:

Shut down and restart in safe mode (tap F8 repeatedly during startup to get black and white safe mode screen). Click repair system and then open system restore. Choose a restore point prior to the infection. I picked one from 2 days ago. This stopped the pop ups. Then I got onto the web and downloaded anti-malware from malwarebytes.org. The full scan took an hour and found 2 infections - a trojan and spyware. Her computer is now fine.
