Default Network is often hacked by virus

I have 10 desktop computers in office. I am running multi-user accounting software but this software crashes. Because of this issue I lost my important data. I have updated MacAfee antivirus and banned staff from using other source of media. If you have any solution for this then please let me know. Thank you for your help.

I think your system is infected by virus. Because of this issue your software crashes. Scan your computer with updated antivirus. This may solve your problem.
