Thread: Google send to myshovel

I have one problem while searching on Google; I am redirected to links that I have not asked. I think it is a virus installed on my computer that uses a flaw explore. Can you tell me what to do? U know any software should I use to give you an error report? All possible replies and suggestions on this topic are very much appreciated. I am waiting for the same.

This is happen when your system is corrupted and hence i would advise you to install a different browser and if the same thing happens again your browser may have been corrupted and hence it is redirecting you to some unnecessary pages. Install the Mozilla Firefox 3.6.6 browser.

Try to update the antivirus definition of the antivirus application present and scan it once. It will fix your problem.

Follow the steps given below:

1. Reset Internet Explorer.

2. Go to Safe Mode with Networking.

3. Use Firefox to resolve the issue.

4. Change DNS settings and set following values:

Alternate DNS: 208.67.220.220 and Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222.
