Thread: Connectivity issue with Lenovo

I newly bought a new Samsung laptop and it is installed with the new windows vista Operating system but there is issue with internet connection. Laptop shows internet connection is running, but I am incapable to browse internet. I am not able to fix that, if you are having any idea for that, and then please give me details about it. Thank you in advance.

Follow the steps given below:

1. Reset Internet Explorer.

2. Go to Safe Mode with Networking.

3. Use Firefox to resolve the issue.

4. Change DNS settings and set following values:

Alternate DNS: 208.67.220.220 and Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222.
