Thread: Internet connection problem

I have an Acer laptop with an Ethernet wire connection to my router. everything works well, and when i connect the Ethernet wire into my laptop i can attach through it so it must be the computer. When i use the command line ping everything works well. I receive four responses and 0% loss of data. But I am not getting a connection through any program. If you know one of the ways to do this, then please let me know. Thank you.

This is happen when Norton and a few other security suites expires the subscription. It is Very annoying.

Thanks for such a valuable suggestion, I uninstalled all expire antivirus program and now its works!
