Thread: How to Verify Internet Speed From Taskbar

I am using a computer system installed with windows 7 does not show the speed of the connection when I put my cursor over the icon. In windows XO it shows. I would like to check now and then to verify my speeds. All possible replies and comments are appreciated.

Go to the network icon and right click it. After that choose network and sharing center. Once it opens up, click view status of your active connection. It shows the speed.

Right click on Network Icon in System Tray. After that click on Access type Internet, just below it that is hyperlinked to obtain your internet speed.
