Default Elective Closing Tags in HTML

For providing I've been validating web pages, I not at all realized that the closing </head> tag was optional in HTML. Whereas I'm all for trimming surplus code, I now cannot for life of me strip out closing tags as they are optional in HTML. I'd be worried that something, anywhere would not parse the document properly if I detached the closing </head> element.

    Default

While HTML is a uniform protocol, all browsers must parse the document properly. Whether or not it gets displayed the similar way in every browser is a dissimilar story.

    OR

Closing optional tags in HTML is obligatory as the majority browsers can simply parse it. But I would advise that you pursue the standards and close all tag.
