Default Error in the Internet connection of two PC

I'm connecting two computers to the Internet from an 8-port Switch I know that is automatically and automatically connect to the Internet will have both because it automatically configures the IP.

The problem is that the second computer, the place you automatically detect IP addresses, leaving no or limited connection, but when I manually placed the PC's IP address, resolve the problem ie it connects but only receives and sending 0 and obviously I can not access the Internet. Will I have to upgrade the Service Pack 2 to 3?

The switch does not provide IP addresses automatically. Only a computer with appropriate software or a router with ability to DHCP services could. You can never connect two computers to the Internet simultaneously set up that way without static IP addresses.
