I'm using Avira antivirus and am using Windows 7 on my computer. First I was using Avira antivirus 9 and before some days I have updated my antivirus Avira antivirus Avira 9 to version 10. But after doing that I started facing a problem with my antivirus. Now, I am not able to update my antivirus, and also address the problem at the time of system recovery. Whenever I try to update my antivirus at the moment is giving me notice of some Chinese characters.
