Encrypting email only the content that only the recipient has the secret key that suit the public key utilize to cypher the content can decrypt the content for reading. Digitally signing a digital signature message content the credential and public key. Encrypting an e-mail in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 secures the secret of the content by converting the text into cipher text. Only the recipient who has the private key that matches the public key used to encrypt the message can decrypt the message for reading.

In technology we are sending signed message when a database of another user, that user receives the time of the digital certificates and public key. The digital signature and public key is provided by the author of certification only. But in encryption technology holds the secret key in the issuer and the use of digital signature to the receipt of the message and decrypt the message. Private key is protected by password that matches the public key to decrypt the message.

Illegible, while technology firm with seal on the document and send it to the user. Encryption technology is more secure than signature technology. Unauthorized can decrypt the message, but the signature technology can be easily done, because here the simple text but it only takes a security seal and cut this id.
