Default Can't get email from sure domain using SBG.

I have a problem with Symantec bright light. I've used this already now, 2 years. But these days it does not make it possible to send email on certain Internet domain. I have a small company and my clients come from around the world. Not receiving mail to a single client cause serious injury to my company. Is there any way that I can receive email from them. Proposals are invited.

The main reason why you do not receive a file because of the SBG. SBG is a file that uses the virus control spam at the mail server. The position s gateway braitmil Symantec. This determines the overall file between your good and bad email. And most importantly it consists in the whitelist and blacklist. Even if the ip address used in black-then email did not reach your Inbox because it will block traffic that arrives on your server.

There is another list that is made by the list of senders from Bad Symantec's Global. This list contains the list of senders that are black listed globally.(I mean IP there is black listed). The Ip address that should be using your client to send that email can be black listed. So it may not be able to receive in your Inbox to receive mail ask your client to send it from another IP address. Or else ask him to apply for the removal of your IP address of the page from IP reputation research.

I suggest you use telnet to test the server and post the result. So, that we're deeper, as your problem really is. Thing you should remember with other mail posting above is that all the IP address that is in a good list will overwrite the bad list of Symantec corporation, that send or receive e-mail. You should also log audit SBG to see what's going on there. This would help you and why it was blocked by a specific IP address.
