At Google, we spend our time working inside a browser. We search, chat, email and collaborate in a browser. And, like all of you, in our spare time to shop, Bank, read news and keep in touch with friends-all using a browser. People spend an increasing percentage of their time online doing things and they that nobody imagined when the Internet first appeared about 15 years ago.


Since we spend a lot of time online, we started to seriously think about what kind of browser, there is if you start from scratch and built on the best elements out there. We realized that the Web developed mainly simple text pages to rich, interactive applications and that we needed to fully consider the browser. What I really needed was not only in the browser, but also modern platform for Web pages and applications and that 's what we set out to build.

On the surface, we designed a browser window, which is najsprawniejszy and for most people this isn 't browser that matters. We've improved the speed and responsiveness across the Board. We also built a V8, a more powerful JavaScript engine that drives the next generation of Web applications this arenas ' t even be in today's browsers.
