I would recommend you to start the system in safe mode. If you want to start in safe mode, restart your system first, and then press the F8 key on the keyboard constantly. While this turn gets the boot screen and select the safe boot mode, and when you safe mode by doing the scan and passes the problem. I hope this will help you.

I would suggest disabling system restore and then You will defeat your trouble. To do this first click on Your desktop and then take Properties. The property now go to the System Restore tab. Now in the System Restore tab of the make seen boxes on the turn off System Restore check box and then hit the OK button. now formerly you did this and later on that that let me recognize the trouble.

I encountered this issue 2 weeks before and I would like to invite you to use other anti-virus, which is available on the market, because I think your antivirus is not updated or it doesn't work. So I would suggest you use some other known antivirus and install it on your computer when the installation is complete, and then upgrade your system and then scan your system. I hope this will help you.
