Default How to shift bookmarks from Internet Explorer to Safari

I brought a freshly Apple Macbook. I send my favorites and bookmarks from my previous machine to my freshly MAC book. So when I try to preserve my favorites from my previous machine that records as favoriteplaces.pfc. And when I try to open the file on my Mac Safari does not open the files of the FPC. I do not recognize how to alter the file format of my PFC. Is there a ameliorate way for me to get my favorites from my previous PC to new Mac?

For the first time, set up the Safari browser, bookmarks and favorites in your browser will mechanically be spelt others. The import of Netscape or Net Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. If you are utilizing a browser other than Netscape or Net Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, then just drag and drop sites from your browser-former for the latest favorite browser.

I was also the similar trouble but when I click Import Favorites from IE choice does not operate on my Safari. I tested it, but only few of the bookmarks were spelt, which added bookmarks linked with Apple, the Apple Store. I still tried to update my former edition of IE, and then tested to export it, but it was also unsuccessful. I had a lot of research on google to determine a way to import it, but I Dinter get any conclusion.

It is a better way to move entire the bookmarks and favorites from your former browser for the new Safari browser. You can do this in a some simple levels. Just start your Net Explorer and the File menu, select "Import / Export" from the list. When your procedure is started, take "Export Favorites" from him and click Next. For that your file can be transferred to the wanted location. Copy the file from your old PC to your Mac, or by the removable disk or by mail.
