Thread: Cross accumulate VLC for the windows by applying Ubuntu 9.04

Well I am trying to cross gather VLC 1.0.1 for the Win32 by using the newest edition of the self complied mingw toolchain. I desired to which edition of the contribs are need to develop edition 1.0.1. Do I need to gather from all the source? Well I am using contrib-20070530-win32-bin-gcc-3.4.5-only.tar.bz2 from the FTP machine. Any idea on this particular issue would be extremely valued. Thanks a lot in advance.
