The connection in my room is already given, I could immediately connect a telephone to it and it would work there are two telephone lines in the home: A port on the lower floor -> there is the router connected to a connection in my room -> here would I may connect to a router it will then stop functioning both routers, and phones, etc.

Is this a port of a provider, or is that of a PBX or Fritz Box or something you can even put a cable down this is because the router so that multiple computers to the Internet whether via LAN or WLAN is not important.

Normal connection of my provider, and the ground floor flat there is a full-featured telephone that was used but no longer, since I can carry phones without any problems with it, it would still work even if I connect a router in it?

As it comes out while a call signal, how are you going out there nected LAN magic signal and why did they NEN second Telephone connection, which costs money if you do not use it?
