Download speeds on the network varies

Hello, I have the following problem and I hope someone can help me: My PC is connected to LAN with the router, i can be a single file with a maximum of 200 kb / s download. If I'm running multiple downloads at the same time, I get 600-700 kb / s My laptop, however achieved, even with the same, single download 700kb / s with WLAN or LAN cable but also the same as the PC has it, has anyone a tip for me how I can fix this problem?

What you invite down, with a download manager could charge you a file on meherere connections, then the data rate should hopefully rise, although only a würgaround, but better than nothing. Perhaps this helps even a different browser, a few details about the hardware and software would not be bad, then mysteriously guess we should not.

I have already used different browsers, unfortunately without success, even if I file in the WLAN send out the data transfer is similarly low during the download, i do not know if I've explained it clearly, but with my laptop I can be a single file with 700 kb / s download, while I was in such a bandwidth usage at my PC come only when I'm running 4-5 downloads at the same time.
