Thread: No internet setup on the primary desktop HELP

My central desktop at my home is not been connected to the internet. I have a Road runner and a modem also with a router and all the other devices which includes X box, PSP and a notebook computer connect. Moreover my central desktop which I am talking about will not get the internet. I have also tried everything and the most people think that I must require a new network card in my desktop. Could this be it at a quick glance?
