I知 having MSI U100 notebook with XP windows. For some time now I知 coming across a problem while connecting to some servers:

I also have a PC tools spyware and antivirus program and I not able to perform smart Update untill I am in a safemode. I have also connected my PC tools and they says me that as I try to connect their server in the safe mode then there is most likely another software which blocks the access in a regular mode. I also tried it by doing it to by finding what it is. When I first installed the spyware and antivirus program, I was able to perform the smart Updates in a regular mode, but now I am not able to do it.

Also, Presently I have downloaded the babylon 7 trial version software, but unable to use as it was not able to connect to the server.

I also consider that there are also some of the meanings in my computer which cause this trouble, but I don't know where and how to look after it? I also use windows firewall, but unable to cancel it and the problem wasn't solved. I also stated about the internet connection is good, but occasionally some internet site don't upload or it takes time for opening.
