Using of server 03 for distant desktop

I have a server which is running Windows Server 2003, and I also have a set up for my Remote Desktop for it. Though, every time when I connect to it with a different computer, and log on with the account that's presently logged onto the server, it acts like it's logging onto an entirely new account. So now, there's two logons from the same account on the server. I would like it to be like XP's Remote Desktop to anywhere you log onto it by means of the local account, and it will lock the account at the host machine. From what it looks like, whenever I connect to my Win03 server, it creates like a temporary account or something... which I really don't want.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.
