What does it mean?
There are several possibilities: your access service provider server may be down, your company's gateway (the connection between the LAN and the Internet) may be broken, or your own system is not working.
What can you do about it?
This is usually an easy task: Wait a minute, and then try again. If the error persists, find out the culprit (access service providers, portals, or your system) to eliminate the process.
