What does it mean?

Server may be shut down for maintenance, or you may lose the connection (disconnect your modem, or your company's T1 line is choked).

What can you do about it?

Hit the refresh button. This is often a net short-lived. Spelling errors and then check the web site (do not forget the case sensitivity). And then make sure you refresh the game is connected, which will re-establish connections in many cases. Refer to Unable to locate host, Failed DNS lookup.
