Server may be shut down for maintenance, or you may lose the connection (disconnect your modem or your company's T1 line is choked).

What can you do about it?

Hit the refresh button. This is often a net short-lived. Check the URL for spelling mistakes (and do not forget the case-sensitive), and then make sure you have set the game to connect, which will re-establish connections in many cases.
