Web graphics can be a pain as they take ages to load up, particularly if you're hobbled by a slow internet connection. It's possible to dispense with them using the Internet Options dialogs in Internet Explorer (IE). This will ensure web pages load far more quickly.
You can tell your web browser which color combinations you're most comfortable with. In IE you can change a range of display settings using the Tools drop-down menu. Choose Internet Options, Colors or Accessibility to bring up the relevant options. Deselect 'Use Windows colors'.
If you are having trouble viewing or reading what's being U displayed on the web page, you can simply make it easier by enlarging the text size from the 'View' menu and selecting the text size you are most comfortable with. This can be very helpful if you are viewing web pages on a large monitor.
If you want to view only text in a web page, you'll find U some websites, such as Techfuels.com, have an option to show text only. Look for a button, on the website's navigation bar offering a 'Low Graphics version' or similar. Other sites might offer similar options for loading and viewing pages better.
