Altera has declared its 40nm Arria II GX FPGAs are obedient with the PCIe 2.0 requirement.

Arria II GX FPGAs achieved performance for up to x8 lane configurations for PCIe Gen1 end-point applications, according to the corporation.

Arria II GX FPGAs are overwhelmed for software’s using normal protocols for example PCIe along with Gigabit Ethernet (GbE). The devices have up to 16 3.75-Gbps transceivers, 256K logic elements (LEs) with 8.5 Mbits of in-house RAM as alleged by the corporation.
