Thread: ISATAP not working and no-online solution

I own a LG R405 notebook with Vista installed. I switched on my notebook this morning as well as it says there was a trouble moreover I had to reboot. Previously I did that, I lost my wireless connection totally. In the network connection and sharing, my wireless connection does not confirm up.

I went to Device manager as well as in Network adapters, Microsoft ISATAP Adapter #6 declare "this device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31)"

When I tried clicking for a solution, it would only gave me "Check online for a solution later" or "Don't check online"

Description of the trouble says “Windows was able to successfully install device driver software, but the driver software comes across a problem when it tired to run. The problem code is 31" What should it do?

In such a case, I think this trouble to be caused by network adapter misplaced or damage. Please initially reinstall the driver for your wireless network adapter. Then undertake to reinstall Microsoft ISATAP using subsequent steps:

1. In Device Manger, right-click the item of Microsoft ISATAP as well as choose Uninstall.

2. Still in Device Manager, click Action as well as choose Add legacy hardware.

3. Click Next, as well as choose Install the hardware that yourself choose from a list (Advanced), click Next.

4. Select Network Adapters as well as click Next.

5. Select Microsoft in left panel plus Microsoft ISATAP Adapter in the right panel.

6. Click Next as well as finish the outstanding wizard.
