By Windows XP you can store your user documentations in Windows XP system by saving them to user profile. When you attach to a network or internet resource you get a box that says Remember My Password. If you utilize Stored User Names and Passwords tool it will utilize that information to log into that resource next time you log in with your stored user credentials from user profile. When you access a resource, the validation package searches the Stored User Names and Passwords store for particular documentation that matches that resource. If it gets one, it will be utilized to validate you without any communication from you.
How you handle Stored User Names and Passwords is explained below.
1. Log on to PC as user whose account you want to modify.
2. Tick on Start, Control Panel.
3. Tick on User Accounts.
4. Open Stored User Names and Passwords dialog box
Now you can include, eliminate or edit stored passwords. If you tick on Add you will obtain a dialog box like following.
In this you can enter server name or site you want to store your password with, username that you logon with and password for that username. Then after when you login to that server you will not have to enter any records.
